Sona Nast is a "self taught artist" with the help of generous guides and teachers over years of taking both in person and online classes. I work in a variety of mediums including fiber art, fused glass, watercolor, acrylic paints, jewelry fabrication, mixed media and collage. I always thought one needed to be able to draw in order to be an artist. I've learned to work around that by embracing abstract concepts, and a love of texture, pattern and color. 

Sona lives in Austin, Texas with her encouraging husband, sweet dog and irascible cat.
